Eye Camp in Balchaur

We successfully conducted a 3-day Surgical Eye Camp in Balchaur Kailali. In total 1129 people visited the camp, 154 successful cataract operations were done and around 400 people received glasses for better eye sight. Many others received medicines for their eye illnesses.

We are very grateful to the “Geta Eye Hospital” team, to the association EinDollarBrille e.V. for the glasses, to local volunteers, the different news media for their reporting and to all other supporters who gave their best for the success of this camp.

We feel proud to have accomplished such a useful camp and to be able to offer operations to underprivileged people on their door step.
