Closing Ceremony Tailoring Amthang

Two tailoring courses designed to last 5 and a half months, started in February 2021 (!) in Amthang and have finally been concluded now after various lockdown interruptions. All 32 participants took their new sewing machines with them at the end of the course, with Little Stars bearing 50% of the costs. In future these girls and young women will make sanitary pads for our new project Female Hygiene and earn their own money with this and other needlework at home.
